If you've been watching the weather channel, you will have seen the recent deluge we've been getting. It is not the gentle, constant drizzle, but has been a steady downpour and warming. There was a chance of wind also.
Yesterday, I took the Barbie Saw to work and threw it in the back of the Chevy Vortec Pickup. Twinkle had the coveted spot in the box. I was thinking it might be a good thing to have a backup saw since there was a good chance of getting cut off from the world by flooding. The Barbie saw was exposed to the rain all day.
I didn't find but one small snag in the way. I used the Barbie Saw since it was the handiest. At the end of the day, the stickers were peeling off but the rhinestones are stuck very well and still shiny. A coworker commented on the Bling of the saw. So, if you want a pretty saw, I recommend the sticky rhinestones which I found in a fabric store.
