Is there a metal detector somewhere in this operation? I wouldn't want to work 2 feet away from that huge blade without knowing that there's no spikes in there!

I may have to take a drive. That is just amazing, I had no idea mills in the US were still being operated on steam and Armstrong techniques. I would say the off barer has his work cut out. One slip of a big slab and he could look like a fly on a fly swatter

It is cool that the whole mill (for the most part) is self contained for energy production.

BOys get a woodmizer LT 40 Super hydralic and mount a 4 cylinder cumMins turbo diesel on it.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THAT WOULD BE BETTER THEN STEAM POWER. CUMMINS POWER
