Just wondering if anyone has used the Speed Sharp Star Grinder? I want a grinder for taking down the stops on my chain, tired of filing! Just wondering if l would be happy with it. Price is right, $250

Do you use it to take your stops down. l alreaddy have a Silvey Pro Sharp so only need it for stops.

Yes (if by "stops" you mean what I call the "depth gauge"). But if that is all you are using it for, I'd buy the sharpener from Northern Tool or Harbor Freight.
