Starting Up

i was thinking about starting a business in wood cutting. nothing major just a partime thing like on the weekends, or when i have time during the week. i was wondering things like: how should i charge the customers(by the hour or the job). i would gladly take the wood cause we burn it for heat, but should i charge for that? i would have two of my buddies doing the business with me. so i would like to hear some advice. thanks

Charge for the work dude,,,, that way in the winter and you aint got nothing to eat,,,,, you can always eat the firewood,,,, prefer mine spit and stacked with a hint of pecan and a splash of mesquite. Ha
