I have a fairly pretty power head minus most what is under the clutch cover. Great compression, runs but crackles without fully revving up ,I expect needs a condenser or coil. Interested In the unit?

I suppose it will be 20ish shipping to MT, would put it up to $85.
It is a metal tank unit, WILL get pics if u r interested. I just put fresh fuel in it and fired it up about 10 days ago.

Didn't have clutch cover but I'd include choice of the 2. Painted 1 has jb weld repair i took care doing.

Well that is a good looking 028. Would you be willing to sell just the tank? Say $45 shipped? I know if I buy the whole thing I would try to complete 2 projects. I'm trying to reduce the projects now.

I am pretty sure I have all the parts I need to fix it here and there so I'd rather give it a try. Should I have problems finding all working parts or getting it to run right I probably would take you up on that so may be later if u don't find 1 by then. It's possible I have another metal 1 somewhere buried. I looked high and low for 1 a couple weeks ago and found 1 for a local person. I'll keep my eyes open in case another comes to light. I know I have at least 1 extra plastic tank to sell
Cannot remember if they interchange without big problems.

I've never had any issues that I can remember switching from metal to plastic or plastic to metal 028 tank styles.

I was thinking I wanted to go from plastic to metal several years ago and backed out cause of differences, now that I think of it I think it was an 038.
