I have been working on a source for full wrap handles for the 038. It's a hard design for a fabricator to work with because of the overlap at the bottom, it leaves no place for the dies to be when the last bend is made. That being said, i do have a prototype that I rejected because it isn't entirely symmetrical. I fits the saw and will work fine, it just does't look quite like the original. If your main concern is utility maybe it would work for you. You can have it for $50 plus shipping. If you're interested I can send some pictures.
