I took this saw in on trade this week. The guy I got it from has been using it making a living cutting firewood. It starts and runs good. Compression measures @155#, The cylinder and piston have been replaced fairly recently. The cylinder is definitely OEM (see 4th picture), and I assume that the piston is as well. This one does not have a compression release. The only problems that I can see are- the top cover and air filter cover are both broken. The air filter needs replaced. The starter handle needs to be replaced. Should make someone a very good work saw. $425 plus the ride.
