STIHL 038 AV Magnum and 020 T for sale.

STIHL 038 AV Magnum: starts easily and runs, but it it definitely needs some work carburetor set too high, piston does not look good. Repaired handle, I think it's done well, holds good. Asking $280 shipped bar and chain included.
STIHL 020T: starts and runs, but I think adjustment is set too high, carburetor needs to be adjusted. Asking $300 shipped bar and chain included.

Does the 038 carb adjust at all, or is it off to the races as soon as it starts or the throttle is engaged?
