I have been working on my 441 project for about 2 years now, you would not recognize the inside of the jug. This saw cuts so well now. Your right about the size a stock saw or even a mild port might be happier with one port.

Here is a Jonsered/Husqvarna version.

Parrish, how much of a gain do you feel that muffler mod would make on a stock 441? How much do you have to adjust the carb? I'm happy with the power but feel there is a little more to be had without getting to crazy.
