I run Bailey's Woodland on mine, very good stuff, and yes, the
narrow kerf chain runs like a scalded cat on these saws, I was
a little leary of it at first also.Bailey's chain is the non-safety chain
and is very durable. They sell it in pre made loops.The chain part
style is Woodland Pro 34LP-(number of links).
