Sold Stihl MS660 project

I got this Stihl MS660 today. Saw has spark but low compression(~110 psi) and won't start. One broken cylinder fin. Missing hand guard. It's an MS660 or MS650 I'm not sure. Saw is sold as is.

I'm asking $420 shipped. I accept PayPal.
