Stump cutter teeth

Curious if anyone has any feedback on Sandvik wheel cutter teeth. I am not sure where people go to get teeth. My dealer has them for about $17 and it seems high. He tells me they are Carlton specific but I know New River makes a similar wheel. I have just emailed him about if the New Rive will work (The teeth I mean) for my wheel. Also curious if people ever get these re-carbide. This is a new machine for me and I know there must be an efficient setup you guys are aware of to max out tooth life. How many rock crushers to use, where to buy online the best price....all of the above would be much appreciated. Thanks
