Sycamore trees

I need to cut about 25 trees. Is Sycamore like other trees or not. It been a long time sence I cutt this type of tree. I can't rememer if it behaves like oak, maple, elm, cherry. I have been cutting a lot of them this winter. Well split or barber chair or some thing like that. Just need to know what to look out for. Thanks Randy

The sawdust can cause resperatory problems.

In felling with a wide-faced knotch they respond like all other northern hardwoods.

But then I've found little differenace in the ones you mention. Though with silver maple I may use a fatter inge then with sugar maple...

Thanks Mr. Sanborn. I just need to know. So it's just like the trees I have been cutting. Go to know now I can get to it. Clear the fence line here on the farm. Draging them out my by alot of fun with all the rain & snow we have got this fall. I hope I don't get the tractor stick.
