Finally decided to do a muffler mod on my 620P. Watched a ton of videos. Grabbed my T27 wrench and boy those bolts a tight. I put a quit a bit of pressure on it, but it did not break loose. Saw is a year old. Do I just keep torquing away at it till it breaks loose. I am sure it came from the factory like this. I guess I do not want to do any damage to it which I can't imagine what damage I would cause. I thought I would check on this forum before going further with the project. Surely the muffler is meant to come off.

Thank you!!

Take reasonable size hammer and give bolt head a couple of hits. Force level somewhere like hitting 2“ nail to pinewood.
