My worst problem with my OWB

A woodshed is a definite necessity with one of these.I live on a windy hilltop and when it is pouring outside or a blizzard,I must remove the tarp which is a pain.Looking to build a garage where the OWB is so that is why I have not built a shed yet.18" of snow build up on the tarp sucks !!!!!

Got home last night @ 7:30 , Loading the owb and it started to rain. I just smiled . last year i would have been wet. Definitely need a building of some sort.

I would be a little scared of the 250' run of pipe up to the house. You would have to have 2 circulator pumps just to keep the water flowing. If you have to go that far then you should look at the best insulated pex you can get ahold of and probably 1.5" or 2" tubes.

I'm running 270' one way with one taco 0011 / 1" pex
