Tree Climber/Worker Certification

Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone on this site happens to be a Certified Tree Climber/Worker? I've read up on the knowledge and skills criteria but haven't heard of anyone that has completed the course. Are the courses even in session yet does anyone know? Also, does anyone know of any climbing courses available in the Penn/Del. area? Thanks!
