OK, I'll take a shot.

How about acer pseudosieboldianum.

At first I thought acer japonicum 'Aconitifolium', but the leaves don't appear to be cut deeply enough.
The leaf petioles don't look red enough to be acer shirasawanum, but could be.

What is the tree's size?
How big are the leaves?
Any seeds?

Lobes definitely long enough for Aconitifolium. Lobes on pseudosieboldianum much more triangular.
If bright red fall color then Acomitidifolium.
