Tub Grinders

Currently researching the purchase of a tub grinder.
Will principally be used for grinding Christmas Trees (average 2-3m) & pallets after a Harvest.

My questions:
1. Recommended makes/models
2. Typical costs - new and/or second hand
3. Range of uses
4. Running costs/output
5. Any problems encountered

don't get a tub get a horizontal grinder much safer an produce a better prod.

2. new $250k do not buy used unless you really know what you are looking at!
3. all wood / brush ect.
4. 7 gal. per hr. + about $3 per hr. on parts / 45 ton per hr.
5. do not put steal in it!!!

The Mobark is one you might want to look at. They are bad to the bone.
