Y'all Mofo's Need Jesus
Standing dead oak at a friend's house. @sawfun and @medic5050 were along to get in on the action. I made the face cut with my 70E, and the back cut with Don's ported 372XPW. Dropped perfectly down the alley.
Dressed out for the occasion was my 111S, 70E, and 034AVS, Don's ported 395, 372, 346, a rotary Sachs, and a crusty ol' Mac that gave up the ghost.
The unsung hero of the day was my Timberline sharpener. Don's 372 was a bit of a disappointment until I made a quick pass on the chain with that unit. Then it was noodlin' oak like a play-doe fun factory!
Wish I had stopped to take more pictures, but I was havin' too much fun sawin'!
We'll be back at it on Sept 6th to take down a few more trees. More pics then, I promise.
PS - No doughnuts, but there was Korean style pork ribs, potato salad, and chocolate cake.
