Here is a double dog kit I got the day before yesterday, I wanted to try one out before I got one for the other 361 so far I like it. Both 361 have 20" bars.

24"... or what Stihl now calls the 25".

Depends a lot on who you ask, and where they are from. A lot of guys wouldn't dream of puttin' a 25" bar on a 361... but out here in the PNW, it's very common.

A 20" on my ms440 has this upwards curling affect on the corners of my mouth. :)

I would go 20 on the 441, but i wouldnt be happy with a 361 and 20" combo. I would want 18 on the 361.

Just curious what bar length you guys would put on a 361 for general firewood use.

18", no doubt if you use it in the woods - a tad too front heavy with a 20".

Basically, 20" is 70cc territory in my book.

If you just cut up delivered logs, balance doesn't matter much, so just go with the 20".

I actually use a 15" bar most of the time with mine, with an 8-pin 3/8" and RSC. :biggrinbounce2::laugh::laugh:

you need two saws.

my 359 puts a huge smile on my face running a 24" also 20" bar, realy it pulls the 24" just as fast as the 20 in bar lenght wood.

026 is wearing 18 and it gets by pretty good.

359 rarely wears the 20" bar. its capable of much more then 20"s

amd if i had 361 it would wear a 20 and 25
