Someone commented and brought up the post so I'll update it.
The zorched saw was rebuilt with the parts listed above. I had taken pictures at each step when taking it apart then bagged the parts with the step number. Putting it back together was slow but straightforward given the pictures to go by and the parts in bags for the step. It fires up and revs fine but it only has about 30 minutes of no load run time. There is nothing to cut at my home in Mass. It will get lots of work in June in Maine.
