What type of air filter setup is?

Would this type of filter set up be better than my stock 9010? If so where can I buy one?

Looks like a K&N style pod filter. I am guessing this has been retrofitted to the saw via a velocity stack of some kind, probably custom made. Blsnelling and others have done some similar stuff to bigger stihl saws, and one 026 I've seen. Search AS and you'll probably find a lot more on how to make one fit about any saw.
