What can be done to ensure the life of a 15 yr. old white Mulberry
with a cracked trunk? The crack is open and may be endangering the entire tree. Would appreciate any advice on correcting the
problem.

Do you know what caused it?

Is it like the bark cracked open and the wood together?

Or was it in an area missing bark before, with the wood cracking open?

Is is a crack that terminates at its top and bottom?

Or could it be a splitting apart of a union of limbs that you are calling a crack?
