Why won’t Shindaiwa throttle up good?

That my friends is a Shindaiwa chainsaw that I’m considering buying. Just wondering what your thoughts are on why it won’t throttle up unless babied if the carb is good? What about price? Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Assuming it has one, sounds like the L idle mix screw needs opened some - How do you know the carb is good? So if you baby it, it will rev up?

Id buy it for that price. I’ve rebuilt a half dozen 335s, some from scratch…same exact saw.

The ad says the carb is good. However, the seller might not know what they are talking about or something.

A crack in the fuel line could cause this.
