It is being held at Olin park in madison WI.

Exit north off of the 12/18 beltway on John Nolin Dr.

There is a cover charge they want you to pay, think it is around $50

It's too late to enter the climbing competition, but you could probably sneak into the event for less if you volunteer to help with the competition.

Here's what I sent to our SSA members last week:

YOU CAN STILL SAVE YOUR SUMMER

Be sure to attend the Wisconsin Arborist Association's
~Tree Climbing Championship~
and
~Summer Workshop~
in
~Madison, Wisconsin~
on
~Thursday, July 11th~
All Day

It's too late to enter the climbing competition, but don't worry! No cause for alarm! You can still get in and enjoy demonstrations, buy products and gear ON SALE, and hang out with some of the coolest people in Wisconsin's arboriculture world.

Don Roppolo and Mike Wendt are looking for people to give them a hand with the climbing competition - send Don an e-mail today: [email protected] He can also assist you with directions to the competition.

Why should you go?
Because Nickrosis went and enjoyed himself the past two years.
Because he saw people like Lance Wallace there.
He saw one of the first demonstrations of the Air Spade there.
He bought his first Arborwear pants there.
See the climbing competition - work climb, aerial rescue, throwball, footlock, belayed speed climb
MEET FUTURE EMPLOYERS - they're all there! Why wouldn't you be there as well?
Attend seminars on shrubs, pruning, fertilizing, and more.
It's in Madison, not Madagascar, for goodness sake - short drive for a great day
REPRESENT!

See you there.
