Looks great. Get those other trees established. Then in 3-5 years remove the willow. I'm a proponent of the phased approach. People don't seem to get as bent out of shape about tree removal when you do it that way.
 
Thanks for the input Tank. I am finding that the staged approach is helping to remove the fast growers that are in bad locations for the long run. And your correct, people are less sensitive to the staged removal process.
