Hello, I am new to this, so if I'm doing it wrong or am in the wrong forum, please let me know.
I have recently purchased this wood pro chipper and would like to know if this chipper has a kill switch. If so, how does this switch work properly? It seems like I need to tape it down in order for the motor to run. Do I need a new switch?

Do you mean the Murphy switch? Check the connections in the back. Could be a loose or corroded wire. Could be a bad switch
