For real?

I just did get over the scare of global cooling....

National Geographic? Isn't that the rag that offended my poor virgin eyes with jungle ppoorrnnography?

But that's ok...it's science.

Oh, well, that makes it better then.....um btw, whose science is it?

Let's consider the source and the agenda? What other counter intuitions are they responsible for?

So, in the last 5 minutes, relatively, we are to believe that the world is cooling, er, uh, I mean warming, and we descended from apes. (no wonder the nazis got off easy) Oh, and socialism is a nonparasitic form of utopian government. Got it. Now I've really got some questions.

If we've descended from apes, then surely there must be some fish descendants swimming around somewhere that have evolved in a similar fashion. Kinda like mermaids....maybe that is who is flying the UFOs and secretly calling the shots...the delphinus sapiens. Well that explains everything now.

Seriously, I think we can all agree that the environment needs to be cared for, but inventing last minute hocus pocus religions, complete with its own cast of hypocrite preachers, does the efforts a severe injustice.

How about caring for the environment....because it's the right then to do?? That's no fun then is it....we've got to scare the hell out of them, mandate everything, and collect a ton of money. Sound familiar?

Bottom line, we need to purify our habitat, our air, our water, our food....our medicine....because it's good for us. We ought to do it for the health of it. Simple as that.

For a bit more technical analysis on this topic:

I remember when I had a new Hot Wheels. Had to show it to everybody, even if they already had it, I had to show it to them anyway.

Quite astute there beans, for a bit more in depth on this than our toys (my Steiner does burn more fossil fuel than your hot wheels do) try this link:

We're in trouble: time to limit future warming to just 2°C has nearly run out

Somewhat technically dense, but the take away scientifically is that we're screwed.
