I agree, green is better than blue, but more importantly, Dark colours are better than pastels. Your web designer appears to be avoiding jet black thick text font types. Why not try it for a week and let members choose.

What was wrong with the colors from the old site, they seemed to work good? Is it just me or does this new site load s....l....o....w....e....r than the seven year itch. Some of us live outside of where high speed internet is available and it's killing me. I've got so that I just can't visit much anymore.
