Our one-year old empress tree is taking off in terms of growth but
the leaves seem too yellowish. Could this be due to the lack of nitrogen?
It was planted where a former tree stump was ground. A few leaves have fallen. I vaguely remember the man who ground the stump saying saying the mulch resulting from the grinding might deplete the tree of nitrogen. Unfortunately, I think the tree might be overwatered, yellowish leaves being a consequence of such folly?
Any helpful advise will be appreciated!
