Nice mate, what breed are they? I grew up using a smoke stick for hunting whitetail, heaps of fun. I had a Thompson Center Seneca 45cal, the old man had a T/C Hawken 50cal. using a Maxi Ball in that Hawken would send em sideways for a few feet before they fell over . Mum still has those two plus a nice pair of T/C Patriot pistols (45cal). I should go through the effort to get my licence so I get get them sent here

The 45 is a dikar mountain rifle and the 44 is an armi jaeger both I think are made by cva have you seen the bolt action muzzie loaders around now days?

Is there any 090 gurus who knows where this goes, I've checked the parts diagrams but can't seem to find its location, they say a good mechanic always has something left over at the end.

Ignition switch/ choke connection ?

Got NBI really...lol

I've got a 'CHAIN SAW SERVICE MANUAL' for 070,070AV, 090,090AV,090G, Models 1106,1109.

Can't see that bit it it, but then again the Manual doesn't expand parts to that extent.

Anyone else using 3/8LP chain on 3/8 rims?

Am almost at the end of a chain running it this way and can't really say the wear is noticeably worse. Also, and this is quite the 'break through' for me, I don't mind Oregon's 91vxl 3/8lp chain. That's the first Oregon chain that hasn't stretched or busted beyond my tolerance levels.

The reason I'm trying a few different-for-me things is to not get lost in blind loyalty and just test for myself. If I can live with 3/8lp chain on 3/8 rims, then it means just one standard 3/8 rim type across my three saws - 241/310/7900 (sold the 170 before actually using it).
