I was able to assemble a chainsaw from the box of parts that Matt sent me, lol. Once all the parts were back together, it very much resembled the saw I mailed out a week ago :)

So, I set about to see how much difference the 357 intake tract made. I can only go off cut times. I have no idea how that would reflect to actual HP changes. The powerband was still the same. However, cut times were about 8.6% better with the 357 parts. I would love to see how that translates to HP on the dyno, but unfortunately, that's not exactly practical with the distance between us.

Disclaimer: The tune is rather lean on both of these. I have found that the 346XP, more than any other model, really leans out as it gets hot. By the time I was through the cuts, it was definitely on the lean side. I would not recommend running your saws this lean on a regular basis.
