I guess this is how you post a link.
Has anyone seen this?
Do they still make these saws like this?

Missed that one by a bid. Probably a good thing... Normally when I buy a late night saw and the wife is in bed, I tell her as she is sleeping/ out of it. Normally I get a "aslkjaslfkas, that's fine" response. I may had awaken her if I told her I threw down a grand. $855 was as high as I felt like goin' tonight. Good luck to whoever bought it, and even though it is a South American saw, keep that thing in the wrapping!

Sounds about right to me. I think it would be nicer without the flippy caps, but that is just me.

When you enlarge the photos it does appear that some spray paint might have been applied........not 100% sure though. You can also see some grease and sawdust in some hard to clean places, but the ad does state low hours so it has been used. I was tempted, but when it doubt.......hold back.

D-uhhhh..... I just noticed the old style oil cap, which when compared to the fuel cap indicates a tank swap. Maybe it was run over by a tree early in its service life, but the plastic was somehow spared. LOL

Actually, I don't so much mind the flippy on the fuel cap, but the oil hole tends to get full of sawdust, and it would be nice to be able to clean it in the field before opening it up.

Actually, I think the seller might be an AS member, but not sure. Would be interested to hear more about this nice looking hybrid beast.
