Alright 007 put down yer banjo for a second and listen , yes you can legally buy feeder rabbits at the exotic reptile/fish store. Yes california has its share of hosed up laws and bad publicity and stupid people but head out to the woods and you couldn't ask for a nicer place to be , anyone ever been to the lake tahoe area?? Love it. Ill never leave.

Many of my relatives live in western Wisconsin, not far from the Mississippi River. My cousin parks her car in her garage with the windows open. She hopped in the car early one day to go to work and about 1/2 block from her home a fairly large snake wrapped itself around her ankles as she was driving the car....... :)

She parks her car with her windows closed now. :)

Now That would spazz me out big time.lol

Unfortunately spiders love a dry wood pile to occupy, after being surprised by a wolf spider (those things motor along too) , I always wear gloves.

I'll watch snakes on a plane for my serpent fix.

andddd be going to your funeral!!!!! how in h they getting in your house???

Same way the mice are. Little nooks and crannies in this poorly built (builder should have been shot, and the bought & paid for inspector, too!), 35 year old house.

Hey, it's out in the country, this is their turf, too. ;)

Yeah, snakes sometimes like to climb into warm engine compartments. Don't look at this link if you are easily grossed out.

Hey Johndirt82, What the heck is that thing between your gal's legs in the second pic ? Looks like another snake. AHAHAHAHAHA !!!

Ain't my girl hahaha, thats a friend of mine , I don't know what they are into but whatever floats yer boat I guess. My soon to be wife, wouldn't be caught anywhere near my pet snake , she hopes they die on a regular basis.

I can handle most snakes

but the creepiest thing I ever had was putting my pants on in the morning on a fishing trip in Costa Rica, (hungover of course), and having a 4" scorpion run up my right leg JUST ABOUT AN INCH AWAY FROM YOU KNOW WHAT!

Fortunately my first attempt at flicking him off was a success. I have a buddy who stepped on one in his garage in Florida and he said it was like holding a bic lighter under his foot.

Finding rattlers in the dark this time of year turkey hunting isn't any fun either.

Pete

afraid of snakes? nope. Bees? oh yes. Most of the snakes in VA aren't venimous but just about all the bees can kill me.
