Nice, it was a good price, I emailed the guy, your not to far from me, I live in darlington

Yes, I did some bartering with Keith and he told me about you. Yes, I will be intouch with you regaurding all my husky builds. Keep you eyes peeled for PM's LOL;)

Look for a 357 crank; it has the stuffers. I have a 359 cylinder (stock) on a 357 crank with the squish lowered and the muffler modded. I have another one with a 359 crank, lowered squish, and a MM. The 357 crank is definitely stronger...not a huge amount, but if you are looking for a crank, it is definitely the way to go.

Thanks for the tip.:msp_thumbup: I was reading up on how the 357xp parts will swap. I will go for that one first, but fall back on the 359 if I cant seem to be lucky.

The IPL for these saws shows a seperate number for the stuffers. So, if you can only find a 359 crank, the stuffers can be ordered seperately and installed.

i'm trying to fix my uncles 020av anyone happen to have a set of clutch shoes for one? i believe i have an 031 clutch kicking around, a n 031 cover (may have a small hole) may have some other saw parts as well and of course cash

I have a complete clutch that is an oddball. It is different than any clutch that I have seen. It is called an isolating clutch. There is one like for sall on ebay for $30.00. It would work part time for me and not work part time. If you want it PM me your mailing address. Tom

Did you even get the last package yet? Lol. I have a black one as a spare that I'll part with if you can't find one. It's from a craftsman 3.3 sears best saw.

That isolating clutch was used on the early chainbrake equipped 031AV's.

026 filter swap

I have a new 026 filter without the latch and a tall tank vent, I believe this is the early 026 setup. Problem is i have a 260 filter cover. I need to swap the vent/filter for a later setup that has a short vent and a filter with the latch on it. Can anyone help me with this?
