I guess I should do the right thing and introduce these poor girls to Stihl brush cutters, they'll be done in half the time...

Lucky that looks like American bush. (And there's some fine looking bush there [emoji6]) Could get a bit painful if there was some gumnuts floating around! [emoji15]

My trusty home made 7x5 trailers been pinched. Single axle but was good for almost 2 ton. I had every part of it hot dipped....I'm spewing. Just fitted new tail lights too.

Not sure if I should go with a dual axle 8x5 or stick with the old setup.

Some assholes around these days [emoji35]
I reckon duals seem to tow better.

I'm just considering my security. I'm thinking of burying a lump of concrete and chaining my chipper and trailer to it as well as using an IP camera to record where the vehicles are parked and my garage where I keep my tools. It would well pay for itself if I can save just one saw, never mind a trailer.

Need to replace my air filter on the husky 61 1993 model and looking at the manual theres a choice of 3
501 80 71-01 (Nylon-medium mesh)
501 80 71-06 (Nylon-fine mesh)
501 80 71-05 (NOne wowen)
which should i use
Regards Peter

If I owned a chipper I'd be fitting one of those GPS trackers that take a sim card. They're almost fitted as standard now to heavy machinery and easy to hide...if your with Optus it's a once off 5 dollar charge and you can have 4 plus your phone on the same account so only one monthly charge.

Just remember doesn't matter how expensive the lock, chain, lock box, a 30 dollar cordless angle grinder will make a meal of it in seconds, a hacksaw a bit longer but silently too.

Morning ballbags :) Hope everybody is well? I haven't been on much because I've been very emotional about the goings on in Indonesia with those two poor drug smugglers.

Not...

i'm still pissed they didn't have a raffle for squad positions as i had $100 saved up for tickets bastards

that's pretty brazen. they'd wanna hope they got all of them. it's getting to the point you need a camera to watch your camera!
Weeellllllll, he did have cameras watching cameras, but they found the lot, and some were hidden up stumps! From what the coppers informed him is that whoever it is that is pinching them has an IR detector and it is easy as to find them all.

A year or so prior to them cleaning his cameras out he did catch a couple of blokes on cam checking his place out (old mate doesn't live there full time, he has a Cattle block up in the gulf country) Took to the photos into the local cop shop and showed the girl at the front desk, she just giggled and called out a couple of cops from the back, when they came out they where the same two in the pics!!!!! Turns out they where investigating a report of someone growing dope in the area, they found nothing of course, still has me scratching my head as to why a couple of cops can just walk onto your place to check things out with out a warrant
