It never ceases to amaze me that people pull things like this.You want it or you don't,you have the cash or you don't.Why waste your own and more importantly,someone elses time for no apparent reason.It reminds of the story my father always told about the village theif where he grew up.Dad said it was amazing-he'd steal something from you and have the face to come over and help you look for it:)
 
He ran away, WTH? Why would someone that "big time" buy a saw online anyways? They usually have a good relationship with someone local and get a deal. Anyways do the math on $500k a year. That is $2500 a day, roughly. I think he is FOS. That is a hard average to keep(unless it is multiple crews)

EDIT: BTW, Jersey is a ????HOLE. worst year of my life

I live in MI, pretty far North.

Not sure why people that live in the South and Midwest are lacking anything.
 
I guess he's spending all of his big bucks on NEW TRUCKS.....Since he thinks the rest of us who own near million dollar businesses are idiots.....I'd track him down and show up at his house if I were you!!
 
Ralph - All in all this deal may have caused you a bit of aggravation, but its pretty minute compared to what it could have been.

I got shafted $150 by an AS member, but the guy I was dealing with hasn't came back to AS since the day after I paid for the saw I purchased.

Does AS still have a good and bad feedback section?

In Montana when you make a deal, you follow through. I understand it's different in NJ. Hose your neighbor is an OK businees proposition there.... I'm sorry for you.

Also, you should probably read the Bill of Rights. The First Ammendment guarentees the right of free speach. It guarentees that the GOVERNMENT won't interfere with speach. There is no right that guarentees you a right to say whatever you want on a private or public forum. Sorry. You can be banned at any time for anything and have no recouse.

I'd save you money on talking to your attorney about Ralph. He will laugh at you and send you a bill.... Of course you can do with the bill what you did to Ralph...

regarding the payment for the saw.....since its plainly OBVIOUS the checque has not been cashed yet (or recieved) , just go to the bank and CANCEL THE CHEQUE, then resend a new one........(or am i missing something....?)

seems pretty simple...:deadhorse:

oh and i'm from BC CANADA (you know , we got the igloos and Mounties?)
