What saw has the highest power to lowest weight ratio ?
It used to be the the Dolmar 7900.
Classes are,
40cc =
50cc =
60cc =
70cc =
Overall best =

There is a chart somewhere on this.

I think right this second it is anMS661.

Something around 2 lbs/1 hp

Maybe Dolly 7900 is right there with it.

Or better yet, what are you asking? Best power to weight ratio or lightest saw with good power? They are not the same thing and that answer is so subjective that I do not have enough popcorn to wait for the definitive answer.

I like the Husky 350 with a 346 topend and a muffler mod, my favorite 50 cc saw for sure.:cool: And most of my saws are Stihl!

I gots me one of those also. It came to me from a guy who goes by t4driller who had just put the NE top end on it and ported it. Man what a screamer. Got the intake tract from a 357. It's a seriously fun saw to operate.
