oking for some info from the highly knowledgeable Mcculloch folks. Looking at this picture is this an attachment to a Mac 700 or was this saw designed this way. Also could this saw be brought back to be used as a wood cutting chainsaw.

If you have the saw in your possession pull the cutter head ass. That may help you out. On the Husqvarna 268,272,etc. they cut the bar pad in half to clear the belt drive. Needless to say the Husqvarna series mentioned needs a crankcase half to convert.

Search "7-10 cut off saw" someone else just started a thread on these with knowledgeable people responding.
