my wife's poem

THE OTHER WOMAN

Me and my ole man been together for twenty years
When I suddenly learned that he had another ole lady.
She was such a beaut that she brought me to tears,
Specially hearing that he was bouncin round with someone so shady.

He tole me that he met her just by chance
Cuz she was sittin all by herself and lookin right lonely.
But when he first heard her sing,
He knew he was headin for a brand new romance.
He tried to conceal his cheatin heart,
But I knew he was full of baloney.

He said she could cut up like nobody else
And that cutting up made him feel like a young man agin.
I tole him if he didn’t give her up,
He would be livin by his self.
Shakin his head no, that sorry dog picked up his pint of gin
And swallowed the whole damn bottle
As I counted to ten.

I always thought that if my ole man ever ran out on me,
I’d beat him till he turned black and blue,
So it sure came as a total surprise to see
That the other woman never gave me no clue
That she was an it with a huge handle and long bar
And that this it was a damn chain saw
That made my ole man see so many stars.

So the moral of this sad story is, I’m afraid to say,
If you can’t beat ‘em, don’t join ‘em,
Cuz you might turn into the wife of a chain saw addict, too
And have to play second fiddle to something that’s
Always goin to trump you.

My my my my, one thing is for certain, thats the best looking saw on the market, my that thing is a thing of pure beauty. I wish I had one like that, man, I'd give 1069.95 for that saw in a heartbeat...

Been thinkin for two weeks bout that MS660 I saw at local Stihl Dealer couple weeks ago.
Sittin all by itself wearin a 32" bar. Marked down to 9 hundred something (no demand, I guess).
I keep tellin myself, I don't need this saw so...quit thinking about it!
Your 7900 is plenty big for the wood round here so...quit thinkin bout it!

This morning I'm thinkin on driving up there to see if she's still sittin there, all lonesome. :bang:

Somebody please talk me outta this.
(Do I need professional help?)
(Is there a chainsaws anonymous group anywhere?)

I'll stop by your place to let you try it out, on my way home with the pink slip of course. :greenchainsaw:
