I don't have any decals or emblems,it has two bar studs and the serial no. is 116321517.Stihl experts please chime in,I know,get a set of calipers and measure the bore,that's next,I've got it tore down and doing a clean up,also it has a front chain adjusting screw.

Its just the crankcase and cylinder,I guess I'll be getting those calipers out!

Guys,I pulled the cylinder and measured it,42mm.Was the 024 super ever made with a side chain tensioner?I have 2 024 supers,I ordered a piston kit from Bailey's this morning.The saw had the spark arrestor still installed and the cylinder and exhaust port were full of carbon.The piston was badly scored on the ex. side,both rings stuck,the bottom end is very clean and spins freely with no bumps and is tight.
