038 magnum and a 372xp

Had these two beauties out today side by side.

Two different generations and two very capable saws.

I love them both, who else loves these two models of saws and why?

I love the magnums never say never torque and build.

I love the 372's super speed and feel and it's smooth sounding motor.

I don't own any huskies (only because they're a rare bird in my neck of the woods), but I love to take an old saw when I go to cut.

Was cutting one time with my Father In Law, who has always been a Stihl guy. I pulled out my Homelite 925 and he kind of smirked... until it pulled strong with 24" buried to the spikes. Then he wanted a turn.

I like old school saws.

I have the same pair, but hardly use them because where I live now don't have big trees. I did get to use the 038 a couple summers ago when one of my friends had several big oaks knocked over in a wind storm. They do get the job done.
