I have an 056 I am cleaning up, that came from sea level.
I use the saw at around 4500 - 5000 ft.
It starts and runs fine, but after cutting wide open in hard wood for ~10 minutes it wants to die once it goes back to idle.
(I did notice a wet spot (fuel) on the air filter, but not at the time the stalling ocurred, so this may be a red herring)
I will restart with 10-15pulls, but its quite annoying. Then once its going you need to feather the throttle carefully to get it up to full revs without dying again.
Is it running too rich at this altitude and can someone indicate the amount of adjustment that is needed?
