So here it is, I finally finished my first port job....
Im pretty happy with the results so far, I havent tested it so much yet, But as you can see in the video it made a difference.
The ported saw has a lot more torqe to it, you can really lean on it, compared to the stock saw...

by the way I toke time on the cuts, and the ported saw is 3,5 sec faster than the stock saw in one cut....:rock:
 
I'm glad you got it done!Did you end up making a thinner base gasket?

You're going to get hooked on porting now!

Looks good.Any plans to go back in for more gains?I run 2 ported 262's as my daily drivers.Sounds like there is there's still more to get.
 
Yes I sanded the original gasket to hafe the thickness....

Im already looking a the next 3 saws to be ported... :)
