Thanks JJ. Its just running the HD12 carb for now, robbed out of one of my other 372's. I'll do the swap for the HS296 when I get all the parts needed for that.

Oh, that's a 28" Techlight.

Do you have a 296 carb to put on it? I'm sending the manifold and choke lever. Do you need the intake boot? I have extra 385 intake boots.

On the numbers, I ended up with

98ex
120 tra
80 int

I'm only using the top ring right now since I widened the transfers, the bottom ring location isn't ideal. I could move it I guess.

Went to check compression, and my stupid gauge is acting up, the stupid valve is broke, I need to get my valve core tool from work and change it out.

A little birdie told me that an xpw runs pretty good with those numbers... and the bottom ring is a bit over rated also (IMO).
