You really can't pick just one. All the saws over 6 cubes were pretty good or they would not have stayed on the market very long. There are saws that were early 60's and some 50's designs that are still being produced so to pick just one doesn't give the others justice.

My Homelite Super 1050 Auto. never fails to put a big smile on my face.
I had it out tonight. :)
I'd certainly give the nod to a Dolmar 166, and the more modern big bores, as a better tool to work with, though.

The OP said 100cc , not 99cc,not 101 cc,, 100cc..
so it begs the question,how many exactly 100cc saws were/are made ??

1050s are nice, but I'll throw out a vote for a 650. 1050s and brethren seem to be built a little more solid, but I dearly love 650 and Super 650 saws. :love1:
