Air injection works very very well, from my experience. I believe the Youtube video to be true.

It works extremely good. If you compare an older 242 for example with a 346 you will see a huge improvement. With sharp chain, rubber mounted carb and air injection, I would say the issue of cleaning air filters is more or less history.

When it gets dirty, clean it. When it gets worn, replace it. Other than that enjoy it and run the crap out of it .
