I know quite a few trappers who burn carcasses in their woodstoves. You really have to close the dampers down because the fat burs really, really hot... and it smells like a bbq

When I read about the larger animals, I was hoping that they used the meat and then just disposed of what was left. I hate to see good meat go to waste.
