Belt sander, upside down, clamped into a Workmate, 80 grit belt.
I use that tool for removing the edge burrs, but find it pretty much useless on Stihl ES bar rails - too hard..
I had to make do, the local dealer dont do bar work. heck, they didn't even have a tip in stock and then told me a new tip is 34.95:censored:
I use a Silvey rail grinder in a vise. that's watt have its works great tom trees
They keep the trigger locked in the on position
Where can you buy the Silvey bar closer?
