Bar and Chain Combos for 455 Rancher

I need help finding a good bar and chain combo for my 455 Rancher. I looked on a few sites and they list a .325 pitch. My current bar and chain is 20in and 3/8ths .050ga they are a husky bar and chain. Looking for a 16" combo to help with chain stalling. Help is appreciated thanks, Josh

I just did the exact same thing. My 455 also had a 20" bar with 3/8"x.050 chain.

I put on a 16" Oregon Pro-Light bar - model number 160SLHK095

and Stihl 'yellow' chisel chain - 33RS60

I think this is a pretty good combination for this saw

Besides having to change the sprocket, is there a reason not to change to .325? Less load cutting a narrower kerf.

I thought of it, but seemed easier to get a bar and chain that would fit the current setup.
